Shipping & Returns
All shipping is currently being handled through the United States Postal Service. There is a Flat Shipping rate of $5.50 USD for all shipments (U.S only) totaling less than $40. USPS (United States Postal Service) offers tracking on these items and an email link will be sent when your order is processed and shipped.

Only items ordered/placed online through solar-d.com will qualify for a refund of any kind. Items that are damaged or defective are subject to a full refund minus shipping expense. If you wish to return an item, you must email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and the item(s) within 45 days from the ship date. Refunds will be credited to the original credit card used for payment. Your return will be processed and your account credited within 15 to 30days.
We recommend shipping your return with a service that provides tracking and/or insurance as we are not responsible for any packages lost in transit. All returns should be sent to:

Shipping to other international destinations is currently unavailable at this time.
To ensure timely arrival, we will not ship to P.O. Boxes and regions where USPS does not provide end to end tracking. If a different shipping method is required, please email email@example.com
Please be advised that orders shipped outside the U.S. are not eligible for free shipping benefits or free returns.
International Payment Methods
Currently, we accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. We are unable to accept debit cards at this time.
Your billing information must be exactly as it appears on your credit card statement. If any numbers are different, the order cannot be processed. Be sure to correctly spell city/province/territory names and avoid using abbreviations unless that is how your information appears on your statement. Contact your financial institution if you need the exact billing address associated with your credit card.
All Approved International Regions
The client pays the actual shipping cost, which will vary by country and order size.
Orders must be placed by 08:00 GMT to start processing on the same day. If an order is placed after the deadline, it will be processed the next business day. All orders ship Monday – Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.
Certain items considered hazardous materials including aerosols and alcohol-based products (e.g., pressurized spray cans, hairspray, nail polish remover, etc.) are restricted to ground-only transport, due to air transportation restrictions and regulations. These items will not be eligible for international shipment.
Only items purchased from Solar D Online Store is eligible for return & exchange. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return unused or defective merchandise within 45 days for a full refund.
To qualify for a full refund, the merchandise must be postmarked within 45 days from the day of the day the order shipped.
All shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. We are unable to accept COD.
All returns will be processed back to your original form of payment. Please allow approximately 14 days from the date of the receipt of the returned merchandise to process returns. We will send you a confirmation email when your return is complete. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take 1 billing cycle after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.
